English is the shared language in a world of diversity. Shared, however, does not guarantee mutual understanding. I go into international working environments to study how people use English in their specific global context. We then collaborate to develop a support and training plan to enhance communication and create more inclusive workspaces.

I also work to create clear written communication as a journalist and editor who specializes in native English content for a broad European context.
