About the Host
The workshop is led by Francesco Guarguaglini, founder of GH Capital Group, a fractional management firm supporting entrepreneurs in building financially solid, scalable businesses. As both an operator and investor, Francesco has helped companies navigate complex cashflow situations, from near-insolvency to high-growth chaos, always with a hands-on, no-BS approach.

With a background in entrepreneurship, trading, and executive strategy, he brings both financial expertise and a deep understanding of what it takes to actually run a business — making him the go-to partner for founders who want clarity, control, and calm in their finances.
